Any user-related data processed by AP Pro remains fully within the control of the customer. Our application facilitates:

• Invoice automation and processing within your secure Azure environment
• Document processing with AI capabilities running in your tenant
• SAP integration services that maintain data within your controlled systems

AP Pro does not store or transmit personal data outside the customer's environment.

We maintain strict policies regarding third-party access to data:

• We do not share, sell, or transmit any user or business data to third parties
• No external analytics, marketing, or tracking services are used
• All processing occurs within Microsoft's secure Azure infrastructure
• Your financial data remains exclusively within your controlled environment at all times.

AP Pro runs within a customer-owned, private Azure environment and follows Microsoft-recommended security practices:

• Network Isolation: Your data remains in your isolated Azure network
• Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest
• Authentication: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) provides secure access control
• Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring within your Azure environment

We maintain a strict no-data-retention policy:

• We do not retain any customer or user data
• All processing occurs within your Azure subscription
• Data retention and deletion are governed by your own policies
